Built for people who will not post

You are not going to open Instagram between jobs. This is built assuming you never will, and it works anyway.

Posted whether you remember or not

A month approved in one sitting, then scheduled out. Nothing depends on you finding a spare ten minutes.

It sounds like you

Written from how you actually talk about the work, not captions that could belong to any company in the state.

Somebody answers the comments

Comments and messages get replied to, and real enquiries land in your pipeline instead of your notifications.

You see what it actually did

One report a month. Reach and follows, and underneath that, how many enquiries came out of it.

How a month of content gets made

Three steps, and only one of them needs you.

We take the raw material once a month

One shoot, or a voice note from the truck, or ten photos off your phone. That is the whole ask. A month of posts comes out of it, because what makes this content good is the job itself, not the camera it was filmed on.

You approve it in one sitting

The whole month arrives as a calendar you scroll through in about ten minutes. Change what you do not like, approve the rest, and you are done until next month. No daily back and forth, no chasing you for a caption on a Tuesday night.

It posts, replies and reports back

Everything goes out on schedule across your channels. Comments and messages get answered, and anything that reads like a real enquiry gets pushed into your pipeline, so it does not die in an inbox nobody checks.

Your questions answered

The things people ask on the call, answered before you get on it.

I hate being on camera. Does that kill it?

No. Plenty of the best performing content for trades has nobody's face in it. The work itself, before and after, a problem being explained over a shot of the job. If you are willing to be on camera it helps, but it is not the deal breaker people assume it is.

Where does the content actually come from?

Your jobs. Photos off your phone, a short clip, or a two minute voice note explaining what you did and why. We can also come out and shoot properly once a month if you would rather not think about it at all.

Will it sound like me or like a marketing company?

Like you, because we write it from how you talk. The first month is the calibration. You will edit more of it than you do later, and that editing is what teaches us your voice. By month three you are mostly just approving.

How much of my time does this take?

Roughly an hour a month. Ten minutes approving the calendar, and about forty five minutes handing over footage or doing the shoot. If a month gets away from you we work from what is already in the library.

Do you handle the comments and messages?

On the middle plan and above, yes. Anything that is a real enquiry gets answered and dropped into your pipeline so it is followed up properly instead of sitting unread. Anything that needs your judgement gets flagged to you rather than guessed at.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many channels, how much filming and whether you want the comments handled, so we quote it after we have looked at your profiles rather than putting a figure on a page that would be wrong for most people who read it. The review is free either way.

A dead profile costs jobs you never hear about

People check you out before they call. If the last post is from two years ago they quietly move on and you never find out it happened. Twenty minutes, we look at your profiles the way a customer would and tell you what is putting them off. You keep that either way.
